Sheila Waller | Physical Therapist
Sheila J. Waller is a part-time therapist at Physical Therapy in Motion, LLC. Sheila is a 1989 graduate of East Carolina University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Physical Therapy. Her undergraduate studies focused strongly in Rehab Medicine, which influenced her post graduate work experience as a full-time Rehab Therapist and her certification in NDT for stroke and head injury. Sheila has also worked part-time as an acute and Transitional care therapist.

Activities and Hobbies:
Sheila is married of 20 years and a full-time mother of five children with which she enjoys summer trips to the North Carolina coast for boating and fishing. She also instructs weekly group fitness classes and is active in her Church with choir and other committee services. In her free time she enjoys cooking and is an avid gardener and an amateur landscaper.

My goal is for each patient to have an improved self awareness that leads to a motivation to maintain a standard of health and wellness that can ultimately improve their quality of life and cater to prevention.”
